Co-founder Stephanie Melito and experienced food entrepreneur Norm Haskins have teamed up to serve hearty breakfast favorites, satisfying lunches, and an irresistible selection of handmade baked goods.
Co-founder Steve Melito, who operates Cole Mountain Farm, supplies our kitchen with fresh, seasonal ingredients when they're in season. Look for our farmstand the next time you travel West Road in Adams.
From our homemade fudge and whoopie pies to our breakfast and lunch specials, everything we create at the Cafe reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the joy of good food.
Beyond traditional breakfast and lunch café fare, the Cafe features an extensive, established line of made-from-scratch baked goods.
Cole Mountain Cafe features products from small businesses like Pittsfield Rye and Specialty Breads Co., Wild Hill Maple, and Goldholly.
Some of the products we source are on the menu, others in the store, and still others are in both places.
Whenever possible, we source ingredients from local farms – including our own.
Cole Mountain Farm practices regenerative agriculture, meaning that all the fresh ingredients it supplies to the Cafe are grown completely free of chemical herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers.
Other ingredients are procured locally and are as organic as possible.
